clean room comfy bed
i found a very clean room with such a comfy bed. the hotel location allowed me great access to nearby attractions, and i had no problems going around.
I did notice the stairs. It has no lift.

friendly staff excellent breakfast great location excellent hospitality
the staff was friendly and cute. breakfast was excellent, and a very good value. i found the location perfect, right by the promenade and town centre. the hospitality and great service was an added plus.
the hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment but that did not affect my stay.

convenient location helpful staff high floor small cubicle
the location was quite convenient. i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the staff were helpful, especially when i needed directions.
my room was on a very high floor. the absence of a lift made it difficult to carry my luggage up all those stairs. the shower cubicle was a bit small, restricting movement.

great location cute staff great value chaotic check-in noisy guests no apology
The hotel boasts a great location very close to the Promenade. Staff members were very cute, which I appreciate. The food at the restaurant was good, and it had great value.
Check-in occurred a bit chaotic, which I did not like. Guests were noisy late at night. I was not offer any apologies for noise.

the location was acceptable , and the staff were helpful with directions.
the room was small , and the bathroom was also cramped. decor was tired , with marked walls and dirty window frames. i was quite disappointed.

helpful staff comfortable beds delicious food
I found the staff very kind and helpful. My room had comfortable beds! The hotel food was delicious and reasonably priced. I think the location was convenient. It was close to shops and the sea.
I noticed quite a few stairs. There was no lift. I had to carry my luggage up to the room. This could be challenging with mobility issues.
